Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 May 2026
1. The service
Peamo is a bill and subscription management service for users in the United Kingdom, operated by Arcshore Limited (company no. 17251532), a company registered in England & Wales at 960 Capability Green, C/O MMK Accountants Ltd, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3PE, United Kingdom. With your permission, Peamo scans connected email accounts to detect recurring contracts — such as bills, subscriptions, insurance policies, and renewals — and presents them in one place, along with renewal dates and recurring costs. Peamo is provided on an “as-is” basis while in development.
2. Eligibility
To use Peamo you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be a resident of the United Kingdom; and
- have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
3. Information, not financial advice
Peamo provides information to help you understand your own commitments. Peamo does not provide regulated financial advice and does not make personalised recommendations. Any estimates or comparisons shown are based on UK category averages and are for general information only.
Peamo is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You remain responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
4. Acceptable use
When using Peamo, you agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems;
- connect an email account that you are not authorised to access or that does not belong to you;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the service or its infrastructure; or
- misuse, copy, or resell the service or its content.
5. Connecting your email
Peamo works by connecting to third-party email providers — such as Gmail (Google) and Outlook (Microsoft) — using their official, permission-based connection methods. You grant access during setup and can withdraw it at any time through your email provider’s account settings or within Peamo. Your use of those providers remains subject to their own terms. When you ask Peamo to look more closely at a particular contract, it may re-read the relevant messages — and read the text of documents attached to them — to fill in details such as price and renewal date, using the same access you have already granted. You must only connect an inbox, and only ask Peamo to look more closely, where you are entitled to let us process the relevant messages and documents — including where they contain information about other people. How email content is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Future comparison and partner features
Peamo may, in future, introduce features that let you compare your contracts against third-party options, and some of those features may involve partner or affiliate arrangements. Where that is the case, those features will carry their own clear disclosures at the point they are shown, including the nature of any commercial relationship. No such features form part of the service unless and until they are released with those disclosures.
7. Limitation of liability
Peamo aims to present accurate, up-to-date information, but it relies on data detected from your emails and on third-party sources, which may be incomplete or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peamo is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the information presented, or from any decision you make based on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to these terms
Peamo may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
